Food prepping can be an AMAZING thing. After you have planned your menu and gone grocery shopping then you can pre-prep some of your food and meals! Taking the time to prep your food on the weekend can save you time and frustration during a busy or hectic work week! Below are some food prep ideas!
- Wash and cut fresh produce. You can portion it out into baggies or containers and store in the refrigerator or freezer for later.
- Cut and cook meat that you will use in recipes later in the week.
- Prepare other items that you plan to have often during the rest of the week. Example: rice or beans
- Prepare whole meals, cut, portion, cook and freeze for a later date.
